Damages & Defects: If your screen protector kit arrives cracked or defective, send a photo to our support email within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Wrong Size Warning: Because we dropship custom sizes for specific smartphone generations, we do not offer refunds or replacements if the buyer accidentally selects the incorrect phone size (e.g., ordering an iPhone 15 protector for an iPhone 16) at checkout. Please double-check your device model before purchasing.
